According to sources from Android AuthorityGoogle is testing a new feature that is very expected for the Youtube Music platform to translate the lyrics in real time. This feature promises to help users fully enjoy the international songs, however, it seems that translating lyrics in real time in real time will be only for accounts for paid packages.

Music is a global language, but not understanding the lyrics can reduce the experience of enjoying a song. If you’ve been curious about the true meaning behind the vibrant K-pop hit or attractive Latin songs, YouTube Music is about to bring a perfect tool for users.

Specifically, some users have discovered the “Translation” option (Translate) options to appear in the interface viewing the lyrics of the application. When activated, the system will automatically create a machine translation and display right below the original lyrics, helping listeners easily compare and capture the content.

Currently, this feature works based on the default language of the system or Youtube Music application. This is not too unexpected, but many people think that limiting a feature “access assistance” as translation may be a minus point. It would be better if Google provided this useful tool for all its users.
